2018年12月14日夜晚到15日淩晨，正是一年一度的北半球三大流星雨之一的雙子座流星雨極大值來臨之際，也是46P/ Wirtanen彗星即將到達近地點之際。我帶上愛人和六歲的兒子來到松潘縣海拔4千多米的雪山梁，一起觀看天空劃過的顆顆流星。北半球冬季最為明亮壯麗的獵戶座高懸頭頂，與運行在金牛座附近發出綠光的46P/ Wirtanen彗星遙相呼應，月亮即將落下，最後的月光照耀在海拔5588米的雪寶頂上，正是月照金山的時刻。在天文改機的拍攝下，肉眼無法看見的粉紅色發射星雲在天空大放異彩。
雙子座流星雨是以雙子座附近為輻射點出現的流星雨。雙子座流星雨與象限儀座流星雨、英仙座流星雨並稱北半球三大流星雨，一般在每年12月4日至17日光臨地球，極大時每小時天頂流量可達到120顆左右。一般認為雙子座流星雨是少數的母體非彗星的流星雨，其母體是小行星3200法厄同。

"From the night of December 14th to the early morning of the 15th, the Gemini meteor shower, one of the three major meteor showers in the Northern Hemisphere, is approaching, and the comet 46P/Wirtanen is about to reach the perigee. I took my spouse and my six-year-old son to Xueshanliang Ridge in Songpan County, over 4,000 meters above sea level, and watched meteors flying across the sky. Orion, the brightest and most magnificent constellation in the northern hemisphere in winter was overhead, echoing with the comet 46P/Wirtanen near Taurus, which is emitting a mesmerizing green light. The moon was about to set, and the last beam of moonlight was shining on Mount Xuebaoding at an altitude of 5588 meters. This was the moment when the moon shined upon the mountains. Under the shooting of the astronomical modification, the pink Emission Nebula, which is invisible to the naked eye, was caught shining in the sky. Gemini meteor shower is a meteor shower that appears with its radiation point near Gemini. The Gemini meteor shower, the Quadrant meteor shower, and the Perseid meteor shower are known as the three major meteor showers in the northern hemisphere. They usually appear on earth from December 4th to 17th each year, and the maximum zenith flow can reach around 120 per hour. The Gemini meteor shower is generally considered to be one of the few parent non-comet meteor showers whose parent is the asteroid 3200 Faerton. "

2018年12月15日淩晨拍攝于四川省阿壩州松潘縣雪山梁。背景部分：佳能6d天文改機，佳能16-35，35mm，f2.8,120s，iso1600，共兩張天地拼接。流星部分：佳能5d3,佳能16-35，f2.8，,16mm，10s，iso12800，赤道儀跟蹤，連拍模式共拍攝約4小時，選擇有流星軌跡的圖片與背景星點對齊疊加而成。
