如果配上深空的背景,你一定會以為這是一種從沒見過的外星生物,然而不足1毫米的他們缺一直生活在我們周圍,各種住家蟎從人類穴居時代一直伴隨至今,近年來大量研究證實塵蟎與支氣管哮喘關係密切。塵蟎呈世界性分佈,且分佈非常廣泛,所有的國家都有塵蟎,所以有人指出塵蟎過敏性哮喘是世界各國臨床上最為常見的哮喘。這是兩隻在實驗室培養基中的粉塵蟎,通過堆疊攝影的方式來拍攝他們在光學下呈現的清晰姿態,以便讓研究人員更好的去瞭解這些與人類過敏性疾病相關的過敏源。

Various house mites have been with us humans since the cave era. In recent years, a large number of studies have confirmed that dust mites are closely related to bronchial asthma. Dust mites are distributed worldwide and are very widespread. Due to their common presence, it has been pointed out that dust mite allergic asthma is clinically the most common asthma around the world. These are two dust mites in the laboratory culture medium. Stacked photography was used to capture their clear posture under the optics, so that researchers can better understand these allergens related to human allergies. "

拍攝說明

2019年3月6日拍攝於上海,使用富士GFX50R,三豐20X物鏡作為鏡頭轉接相機來進行拍攝,以2UM的步進方式控制快門,配合閃光燈總計拍攝166張,後期通過焦點合成軟體來進行處理,把所有分層焦點合成一張清晰的全景深照片。

Specification

It was photographed in Shanghai on March 6, 2019, using Fuji GFX50R and Mitutoyo 20X objective lenses as lens conversion cameras for shooting, controlling the shutter in 2UM steps, shooting a total of 166 photos with flash, and later processed with focus stacking software, combining all focus of different layers into a clear picture of great depth of field.
