螞蟻是大力士，在搬家時工蟻負責搬幼蟲，兵蟻負責搬比較大的蛹，每只螞蟻身上都會負責一隻幼蟲或蛹，這重量相當於人類背著120公斤的貨物在行軍牠們有很強大的力量。能舉起超過自身體重400倍的物體，也能拖動超過牠身體重700倍的食物或物體。甚至，如果將它們十個個體團結起來，它們就能搬動超過它們全部體重1500倍的食物或其它物體。 如果將牠們十個個體團結起來，牠們就能搬動超過它們全部體重1500倍的食物。

Ants are nature’s Hercules. When they move, the worker ants are responsible for moving the larvae, and the soldier ants are responsible for moving the larger pupae. Each ant is responsible for a larva or pupae. This weight is equivalent to a human carrying 120 kilograms of goods. They have great strength when they are marching. They can lift objects that weigh more than 400 times its own weight, and can drag food or objects that weigh more than 700 times its body weight. If they unite ten individuals, they can move food or objects more than 1,500 times their total weight.

I took these photos in the past two years. The first and third one was taken in the Fengyuan Mountain area of Taichung, and the second one was taken in a small park in Zhongli. I like to observe the habits of various ants, so I took many pictures of them.
